Da ieri pomeriggio abbiamo un nuovo/a ospite a bordo che ha deciso di prendere un passaggio, è atterrata una sula prima sui pannelli fotovoltaici, poi dato che scivolava quando la barca sbandava si è spostata davanti allo sprayhood con la testa tra le piume e sembra non abbia intenzione di spostarsi. La sula come noi ha passato una bellissima nottata, sembra stare bene e soprattutto sembra non avere nessuna intenzione di andarsene, il vento è calato sui 18/20 nodi ma è rimasta ancora onda al traverso che ci ha fatto rollare tutta la notte.
Stiamo cercando di guadagnare più miglia possibili verso est prima che si instauri l’ alta pressione sopra le Azzorre e ci porti venti contrari per le ultime miglia .
Navighiamo a 7 nodi con randa e Genoa tangonati.

Since yesterday afternoon we have a new guest on board who has decided to take a ride, a gannet(sula bird) landed first on the photovoltaic panels, then since it slipped when the boat swerved it moved in front of the sprayhood with its head in the feathers and it seems has no intention of moving.The gannet, like us, had a wonderful night, she/he seems to be fine and above all seems to have no intention of leaving, the wind dropped to 18/20 knots but there was still a cross wave that made us roll all night. We are trying to gain as many miles to the east as possible before the high pressure builds over the Azores and brings us headwinds for the last few miles. We sail at 7 knots with mainsail and Genoa sticked
