Qui abbiamo passato una notte tranquilla il vento soffia costante da nw e noi facciamo rotta diretta su Lanzarote con randa e Genoa tangonato.
Ci sono 17 nodi di vento che ci spinge a 7 kn con qualche groppo intorno a noi ma la navigazione è piacevole. Ieri è stata una giornata piena di azione nonostante il vento stesse diminuendo e le ore inevitabilmente più lunghe: prima di pranzo ha abboccato una lampuga che ha allietato il nostro pranzo con un po’ di crudo e una pasta stupenda fatta dal sottoscritto!

We spent a quiet night, the wind blows steadily from NW and we head directly to Lanzarote with mainsail and Genoa spinnaker. There are 17 knots of wind that pushes us to 7 kn with some bumps around us but the navigation is pleasant.Yesterday was a day full of action despite the fact that the wind was decreasing and the hours inevitably longer: before lunch he took a bite of a dolphin fish that enlivened our lunch with a little raw and a wonderful pasta made by myself.
