Ieri con il passaggio del fronte caldo siamo rimasti tutto il giorno sotto la pioggia, che è finita solo verso sera.
Durante la notte non ha piovuto ma abbiamo avuto poco vento, circa 10kn in piena poppa, e procediamo con randa e Genoa tangonato.
Nei giorni precedenti c’eravamo abituati bene e grazie al vento deciso e costante avevamo percorso 192 miglia nelle 24 ore.
Cosa impossibile da ripetere con le condizioni di vento attuali.
Ci mancano 799 miglia alle Azzorre ma le previsioni meteo sono in continua evoluzione ed è difficile fare previsioni sul giorno di arrivo.
Siamo a 35 07N 44 46W cog 80 velocità 6.5.

Yesterday with the passage of the warm front we stayed all day in the rain, which ended only towards evening. During the night it didn’t rain but we had little wind, about 10kn in full stern, and we proceed with mainsail and boomed Genoa. In the previous days thanks to the strong and constant wind we had traveled 192 miles in 24 hours. Something impossible to repeat with the current wind conditions. There are still 799 miles to arrive to the Azores but the weather forecasts are constantly evolving and it is difficult to make forecasts on the day of arrival.
We are at 35 07N 44 46W cog 80 speed 6.5.
